It is ironic that it took something as terrible as a world-engulfing conflict to teach society the valuable lesson that women should have the same rights as men. It is also sad to me how many women don't seem to realise how lucky they are. I love old WW2 posters too. I have a favourite which unfortunately I couldn't include, it was designed by J Howard Miller called 'We Can Do It' I'm not sure why but it seems to encapsulate hope and strength to me. Also equality and that everyone had a part to play in Hitler's downfall.
